  • To authenticate with third-party services on your behalf
  • To execute AI pipelines and automations you configure
  • To send transactional emails (password reset, notifications)

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Google Calendar, Google Meet, GitHub, Jira, Slack), we receive and store OAuth refresh tokens to act on your behalf. We only request the minimum permissions necessary for the Service to function. You can revoke access at any time through the respective service's account settings.

5. Google API Services

Supboard's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data and credentials are deleted within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Export your data
  • Revoke third-party integration access at any time
