1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Supboard ("Service") at supboard.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Supboard is an AI-powered project management orchestration platform that integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar, Google Meet, GitHub, Jira, and Slack to automate workflows and assist engineering teams.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms on your behalf using OAuth authorization. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Supboard and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you create or upload through the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
